Once you apply online, someone reviews your resume then they call you for an interview. This usually takes about two weeks for the entire process. Unless they need someone right away.
The interview process was quite well. There were 2 rounds of interviews, both asking with both behavioral and technical questions. They are very committed to hiring employees with personality so if you should even a bit of excitement or eagerness you should be fine.
