Interview
The interview was very brief. Employer got straight to asking about myself, and why I wanted to work for macy's. As well as some questions about my past experience, and expectations from a new employer.

Describe a time where a customer/colleague was giving you a hard time. how did you handle it? What was the outcome.
Interviewed with manager discuss what’s needed on the sales floor someone who helps customers. Learn to look product up on the computer. They let you know that the position is seasonal maybe this was said 4 to five times. Given a packet of what the pay structure is. During the interview it seemed like a sales pitch for the Macy credit card.

How I would handle upset customers. Tell me about a time where you had to help someone who began off in an Angry state of mind how did you help them.
They have a pretty basic interview process. There are two interviews, one with a human supervisor and another with the jewelry supervisor at seperate times so you will have to come in multiple time to interview.
Simple and quick process. Did an online interview and then came in to the store to discuss the role. was hired on the spot and got signed immediately. Environment is professional and Dena is a great manager.
