Don't even waste your time. They are either looking for a genius person or a Senior disguised in Entry level. They give you 3 coding tasks and you must score 100% to be accepted. I did really well but didn't reach 100%. Just wasted my precious time and the salary is very low as well. They should have a more honest and transparent process. If they are looking for perfection then it should not advertise as entry training program neither pay peanuts for this role.

Question 1
They give you 3 coding tasks and you must score 100% to be accepted in their programe.
Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry to hear you didn't make it into the academy this time. Our coding test doesn't need 100% to pass - I'm not sure where you might be seeing that feedback - and we took on candidates who weren't able to complete all of the problems in our previous cohorts.
Whilst applicants do not need any relevant work experience or education, we do however, recommend completing a short bootcamp first if new to coding.
