Very organized, clear communication on what they were looking for and professional feedback. Fairly efficient timeline for hearing back on next steps. Ended up not being the right fit but was pleasantly surprised how smooth the process was.

It was very long as they changed the role halfway through but got there in the end and the hiring person was very great with communication during the entire process.
