Four sets of interviews with a Recruiting Officer, the Hiring Manager, a Senior Level Management- in my case, it was the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) and finally, an interview on salary negotiation with Human Resources Manager. You must pass all stages and then an offer is presented, Usually a probationary period of six months after which you get an employment confirmation letter signed by the Chief Executive Officer
