It was a two-stage process with the first interview being with 2 people, and the second being with CEO. The first interview seemed to be about technical skills and the second was more about fit. Building was old, but it was a polite environment from the receptionist, to the interviewers. At the second interview, after the set questions I had an open chat we the CEO and we both decided that it wasn't right for both sides, as I wanted the freedom to talk about broader issues, but no hard feelings
