I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Malaysian Healthcare (Shah Alam) in Jul 2024
Interview
I felt uncomfortable about the interview process. Had my first screening interview with the HR at Kota Kemuning Office and got asked some annoying questions that are not job related. I was asked some personal details that I could have rejected to answer them. Stepping out of the interview feeling violated, I don't think I will proceed with the application and I would not recommend people to apply.

Question 1
Questions pertaining private personal details. Ask about my family background to the point of asking what my parents did before retiring, whether my siblings are married? Any plan of getting married within 1-2 years ? I can accept questions regarding myself and anything beyond that is absurd.
Got asked about what car I drive, how many years of driving experience that I have to make sure I have "driving competency"? The HR professionalism is in question when a salesperson with multiple years of working experience got asked about these.
Walking the HR through every job that I had and explain why I left every job and list out who I was reporting to providing the name and position? It's getting weirder.
Good, but not suitable as they have many requirement which one of it is to travel and their minimum wages not as accepted. Others okay, no parking, no lift, no pantry
