Easy, asked about experience but no other difficult questions. If you have experience in restaurants and can carry a conversation then you will probably get hired! Apply in the spring/summer. Winter is slow

I only had one interview with Malibu Farm. It was quick and easy and the person interviewing me was very nice. It was not difficult. Overall a good experience interviewing with them.
