I applied for the position in July, starting with an online discussion with HR and the direct manager. The second part was a face-to-face meeting at a café in Bangkok. While I appreciate the flexibility of remote work, I believe the company should have invested in a calm, private space for the interview. During my visit, I saw both the previous and the next candidates for the same role, which raises concerns about confidentiality and professionalism. Imagine if I had run into a colleague or manager during that time. Additionally, the manager simply read questions one by one and didn't recognize when certain points had already been covered earlier in the interview. Overall, this experience made me doubt whether I would want to work for this company
