I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Maple Leaf Foods (Toronto, ON) in Sept 2020
Interview
This process was fair and organized. Starts with a video interview, and then followed is a short call with HR. This call is a mix of a behavioural interview and a chance to give information about the program. If you make it through this, you go to the big interview day with 3, one hour interviews with senior leaders in the company.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Maple Leaf Foods (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2021
Interview
The interview process was fair but a long process i feel was excessive. Not technical and was only behavioural based questions finding out if your good fit for work culture. For all three steps:
1. Pre-recorded interview
2. 1 on 1 interview with HR
3. Interview Day (3 interviews from people in each rotation function)
I applied online. I interviewed at Maple Leaf Foods
Interview
1. Pre-recorded video interview
2. 1 on 1 with HR person
3. Assessment Day
All interviews were behavioral, and honestly the people, culture, and opportunities presented and discussed during the interview were fantastic.
Just be yourself in the interview, and don't forget that an interview is a 2-way process.
