I applied to the position online through Indeed. A week later, I received a phone screening interview. The interview questions were rather straight forward, however, I would have preferred that the interviewer emailed to set up a time for a phone call rather than calling out of the blue. It's a bit unprofessional. About two weeks after the phone screen, I received a generic rejection via email.
