Straight off the bat, we are sorry that you had a bad experience here, we know how much time goes into interviewing and it is often an unenjoyable process. This feedback is not a common occurrence for us and as a small business, we do often take a personal approach to interviews which includes giving feedback to candidates.
To be really candid though, this is partly why we avoid using recruiters when possible. Typically, recruiters like to stay in the middle of the relationship so feedback goes to them and then back to you. Trust me when I say they always chase us for feedback! So, in this instance, I can only assume they didn't pass the message back to you.
I've checked in with HR who said they are unaware of any requests for interview feedback so I apologise for this! It is normal practice for HR to call candidates to give feedback but again, we wouldn't have actioned this if via a recruiter.
