Very straight forward. Welcoming and warm. Works with you. Do need to speak Spanish because most of the customers are Spanish speaking and kitchen staff. Training usually a week and also get paid bi weekly
Not hard at all apply, get the call and interview done in 15 minutes and got the job. Ask to work as team here and keep eachother updated with conflicts. Works with you all the time
