Reached out via LinkedIn after submitting materials, scheduled a call only to be ghosted. No reply after following up via LinkedIn.
Hopefully in the future they respect their applicants time.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Markers Edge (Hamilton, NJ) in Feb 2021
Interview
I had three interviews with this company. One phone screening, and two in-person interviews. First in-person was with HR and with the team that the position would work with. Second in-person was with the CEO and other upper management figures. Everything seemed positive and seemingly went well, but after following up after not hearing back, I was informed that 'they were going a different route with the position'. Whether that was their way of saying I was passed over or not, just seemed like a waste of time at the end of the day.

Question 1
One team member did ask me a question that really stuck with me: "When you leave here today, what are 3 things about you that you'd like for us to remember?" Never heard that question before and really threw me off guard, mainly because it was a great question.

Interview
The initial screening interview was, to put it best, incredibly unprofessional. I was reached out to by an HR rep after applying through LinkedIn. He missed our initial interview and asked to reschedule for the following day- which I was flexible and understanding with. Once our call began, he completely forgot which position we were discussing (naming two incorrect territories), and then said he did not have my resume "in front of him," despite me turning it in through LinkedIn. I honestly wondered if he was drunk at one point. He then asked me to walk him through my resume, which he did not have. Afterward he said "great" and began giving me a 10 minute speech about creating a "bevolution" using incredibly cult-like language. The speech was clearly off a paper and touted how the brand is a disruptor to the industry and no one is quite like them...The culture here seems to be a "perform or get cut" by the way he described it to me. To say the least, I was incredibly unimpressed and worry for any person working for this company. I did not follow back up post-interview as I have 0 interest in this company. He also claimed he would let me know either way, but alas it has been 2 weeks, not that I'm surprised. The company should be embarrassed.
