Interview
My interview process started with a phone interview. The questions were relatively simple conceptual issues. Polymorphism, OOD concepts, C++ technical questions, and a OOSE walkthrough. This was followed with a standard software engineering test. My score on the test was not high enough to be processed to the next level.
