The interview process was relatively easy. The recruiter asked situational-based questions and my availability to work on weekends. I was also asked questions related to my past experiences in handling the customers complaints and issues.

Online application via LinkedIn, then in person interview, you needed to find ways to improve the store before hand, e.g better signage, clothing rails not in walkways, disabled access, then received a phone call offer
Face to face interview with manager, asks about 6 or 7 questions from booklet relating to customer service and previous employment or flexibility. Most of these are very basic "tell me about a time" questions, and they dont have to be job related
