3. Tasked to do some essay again to describe usage and experience with the automation tool
4. Interview with Hiring Mgr (technical)
5. Waited about 1.5 weeks before Interview with Account mgr (stakeholder)
6. Things suddenly slowed down with updates given periodically on stakeholder final decision
7. Told that they may be looking to consolidate the work instead of hiring another headcount
8. No subsequent update anymore
9. Although the TA was constantly providing feedback along the way, the lack of accountability and decision to suddenly freeze hiring after going through so much work is disappointing.
