Marvel Marketers interview questions

1. Applied online and did an assessment quiz together with some short essay writing related to past automation tool used 2. Screening call with HR 3. Tasked to do some essay again to describe usage and experience with the automation tool 4. Interview with Hiring Mgr (technical) 5. Waited about 1.5 weeks before Interview with Account mgr (stakeholder) 6. Things suddenly slowed down with updates given periodically on stakeholder final decision 7. Told that they may be looking to consolidate the work instead of hiring another headcount 8. No subsequent update anymore 9. Although the TA was constantly providing feedback along the way, the lack of accountability and decision to suddenly freeze hiring after going through so much work is disappointing.

I had one zoom interview with the exiting HR lead. Most of the interview as her describing the company, why the role was open, and the key initiatives for HR which included aggressive hiring and more robust performance mgmt process.
