MassMutual Romania interview questions

The senior arrived 15 mins late to the interview and was chewing gum, the discussion was ok about both front-end and back-end, not much about architecture. There didn't seem to be any plan or strategy along the interview, it wasn't necessarily bad but the attitude was wrong and also the person did not know the complexities of the algorithms correctly and refused my explanation for the correct answer which was fact checked afterwards.
