I spent significant time ensuring my submission met all requirements and submitted it as requested. After that, complete silence. No acknowledgment of receiving my submission, no feedback, and no response to follow-up inquiries. It's disappointing when companies don't respect candidates enough to send even a basic response after asking them to invest time in their process.
