I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Mastercard (Kuala Lumpur) in Sept 2021
Interview
if you sprinkle enough buzzwords mentioning strategy and consulting type work, their HR personnel will reach out to you to indicate their interest. after that, an unpleasant and pushy HR person will reach out to you to schedule an interview with a manager despite indicating your unavailability, so be prepared to carry out online interviews at unpleasant hours.
if HR has scheduled an interview with the manager at the end of the work day on a Friday, be prepared for a short tempered and impatient manager who clearly does not want to be doing the interview at 5pm on a Friday. if you don't make it through, you will know because their HR will simply ghost you and ignore your follow ups.
overall, probably the most insincere and unpleasant interview processes I have gone through. just imagine how they will treat you as an employee if this is how they treat potential candidates.
