Face to face interview one week after talking to the recruiter. the interview process is around 30 minutes with some basic questions about customer service behaviour questions and explaining the job details.
approachable and short, 3 rounds. lasted a long time. interviewers were very courteous and kind. they asked fair questions and approach was ok. the team was very local. not clear on progression but lasted short.
