They do not get back to you when they know they won’t go further with you - basically candidate ghosting
Interview itself didn’t feel very well structured and interviewers wanted candidates that only provided a very specific answer implying limited freedom of thought within the organization

Interviewed through recruiter. Seemed to not know position or job description very well. Seemed to have difficulty understanding to what I was saying. Ended up going for second interview to only be cancelled last minute and job was removed from website. No feedback given when requested
