Recruiter messaged me on Linkedin. I applied to the role. Got auto-rejected, but still scheduled an interview with me. I passed the recruiter stage then spoke to my future manager. He seemed completely uninterested and went on to explain that this role will require me to be a programmer (which wasnt in the job description nor reflected in the pay). He either was thinking he was interviewing me for another role, or hid that part of the job description for some reason. Took over two weeks, and multiple attempts to contact, to hear back with a rejection.

Interview
By phone interview. Asking mostly about prior experiences and knowledge. Very straightforward. The interviewer was very nice and showed he had a clear profile in mind. He asked field related questions and was very keen on how their processes developed.
