Face to face interview but they bs'd me and did not hire me, they are hiring now but they are finicky with who they choose. They just hired a new hiring manager who runs the whole show. They are located in a nice area near the Garden State Plaza. But the company has a very bad repuration (I found out afterwards via a Recruiter who Recruiters Recruiters only)
