There was an initial screening, then a virtual onsite. The interview in general was ok. All interviewers were generally nice. Two coding interviews a project question and a behavioral. Most interviews were fine, the issue I had was with the project question interviewer. I believe he was not very prepared to asked that question, he was asking the wrong questions, in a way that I could not elaborate because he was trying to follow up on things that didn't matter rather than the parts that were important. Not sure if he was just inexperienced with this question or just wasn't paying attention.

(1) Online Application Applied online and heard back 1 week later to schedule the next step (3) Recruiter Screen I had a recruiter screen about 1 week later, where they asked questions about previous experience, team structure, why I was interested in Maven, and how much I already knew about Maven's product line. The recruiter was very friendly but also very upfront that Maven wasn't for everyone. (3) Technical Screen Heard back 3 days later after the recruiter screen to schedule the technical screen. The only context they gave was that we'd building a UI in React using Coderpad. Scheduled it a week later again. They were adamant about scheduling this as soon as possible. (4) Ghosted I thought the technical screen went well but I didn't hear back even after following up once. This is why I wouldn't recommend applying because most companies at least have the courtesy of a simple automated rejection but here there was just nothing.
