I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Maxxsonics (New York, NY)
Interview
After connecting with their recruiter I had a Microsoft meetings interview, followed by an in person a couple days later. I received an offer letter, signed it, sent it back, and had it accepted. A week later I received a call from the recruiter that sounded like the company had no idea what direction it wanted to go in and he informed me that even though I had signed my contract and even though there was a mutual agreement from both parties, they decided to pull the offer!
KEEP AWAY FROM THEM!
The company used a search firm. It was a typical interview process with a phone screening from the search firm and one in person interview with the company. The offer came within one week of the in person interview.
