1. Problem Solving Test - multiple choice questionnaire 20 questions, a bit like a comprehension. An exhibit was presented e.g., paragraph about a business scenario, or a graph, then a few questions about it to test your understanding and basic interpretation and deduction skills. No calculators ~90 min. Notified of decision in 1-2 weeks.
2. 1st round interview: 2 people, each 1 hour, back to back (interviewed with Senior HR practitioner and a Senior Associate). Interview had 2 sections, first a Personal Experience interview, where they ask you to describe a story that exhibits some character trait such as working in a team and solving conflicts. Second, case interview where they present a business scenario, and lead you through the problems, generally 4-5 questions getting towards a solution - starts off being creative e.g., what are the ideas, then drills down to analysing the business case, and finally presenting a solution. 3. 2nd round interview: same number of people and same structure and type of questions. Difference was that I was interviewed by two Associate Principals.
