Hi, I had an interview at ATK in Ukraine. Was given a question on whether a company should expand its production capaicty. The answer boiled down to competitive costs analysis and who of the competitors had the greatest buffer for price reduction (the one who has lower variable costs). I did not do very well. Was rejected.
