Two types of interviews - logical reasoning/Quantitative and personality evaluation. Interviews were challenging but received good preparation material from the team. Refer to the practice examples provided by recruiter and prepare for personality interview using good examples to explain the process

2 rounds w/ EM, 2 rounds w/ partners. Typical case with numeracy questions.

Partner round more difficult: stress test and many follow ups questions. Cases were also less structured.

The assessment is like a game but it seemed pretty hard and not relevant to the job role. I’m not sure why that’s the first part of their process. I couldn’t go past that.

PEI with the exact same question as the website and Simple Case Interview not related to Energy Solutions. The math of the case was not difficult at all and the interview was pretty chill in general.
