Possibly the most unprofessional interview ive ever experienced. In the second interview, the interviewer dropped his guard and started swearing 5 minutes in. I'm far from a snowflake but there's a time and place and that wasn't it. Told me he loved young managers in their 30's who brains just soak up information, unlike me and him who have to write things down. Rubbish salary figures bantered around. Was told later in the day that I wasn't a 'good enough fit', or in other words, younger and cheaper. Bullet dodged, and I felt negative about the potential of working for them even as I left the project gates BEFORE I was even told I hadn't got the position.
