MedLogix Communications interview questions

Applied online. Arranged for a phone interview with the Medical Director following which there was a brief call with the President who sent me a writing sample test. After following up with them 2 weeks later, was informed that i was not selected for further interviews. They were also unable to provide any feedback.

I submitted my resume and cover letter online. Two weeks later, I received an email requesting a phone interview. I had a very pleasant and nice conversation with my interviewer. We recognized the minimum salary I was seeking was above their maximum for this position. I was still agreeable to come in for an interview knowing the benefits package could help to offset the missed salary goal. Two days later I was contacted to let me know they had moved forward with another candidate. Overall, very positive interaction, and I appreciated the prompt follow-up.
