Fairly easy, but took a while to hear back from them. They told me it would be about a month at most, but it was almost two months of waiting to find out they hired someone else.

Question 1
They didn't really tell me that they were doing a job interview until the morning of, and at the same time they sent me a job description. I would have appreciated more lead time to prepare. They asked about prior relevant experience.
