Applied online for the Records Retrieval Agent position, though there was a note at the end of the application process that asked if I'd be open to a different position if offered and I said yes. I was called in for an interview and asked to bring my resume and be prepared to meet with a group of higher ups. Their process was something I'd never heard of or experienced before. I showed up and sat in the HR room with a dozen or so other applicants who were brought in and out of the interview room one right after the other. The general idea is that you have 60 seconds to 'pitch yourself' to them. Explain why you'd be good for the job and an asset to the company to four or five people sitting across the table from you reading over your resume as you speak. Then they asked me a few questions and I left the room. After your 'pitch' you take a few assessments such as a typing test and the Wonderlic, then you leave. A few days later I received a call from a man in HR giving me instructions for a drug and nicotine test, and that if I passed it the job was mine. I started training the following Monday.
