Via phone with no previous notice. I received a call aiming an interview via phone with no previous notice or e-mail indicating this call would happen with this objective. I was in a public space waiting for my meal unable to continue this conversation. To not lose the job opportunity I had to abandon what I was doing just to continue the talk later, barely hearing what the interviewer was asking.
