I interviewed at Medius Technologies Pvt. Ltd. on 22nd September for a Fresher QA Internship (6 months) position. The process started with about an hour of waiting outside before being called into the cabin. The interviewer (a male) directly focused on work experience, even though the role was advertised for freshers and I am a fresher. I was told I was not selected for the QA internship due to lack of experience but was immediately offered an Operations & Support role instead. I was informed that I would receive a call the next day with joining details, but since then I have not received any calls or replies to messages from their side.
