I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Medline Industries (Sumner, WA) in Aug 2016
Interview
Applied on a Thursday, HR emailed me for a phone interview the following Monday. Talked with a very nice, easy-going HR manager (those are rare!) over the phone for about 15 minutes, who set me up for an AON Assessment at the local Distribution Center for the next day. I went in for the assessment, thinking I would take the test, get the results, go home and get on with my life. Well, I must have passed with all the right answers because they called in two Supervisors to talk with me in a lunchroom, asked me the basic interview questions, left the room for a few minutes and came back to the room to make me and offer. Never experienced that before.

Question 1
Can you think of a time when customer service took precedence over everything else?
I applied online. I interviewed at Medline Industries (Guelph, ON) in Apr 2026
Interview
It was designed to assess a candidate's competence, character, and cultural fit, focusing on past behavior to predict future performance, if you know basic things about warehouse you can easily crack
Yes and No personality and character questions. Walk around the warehouse so you can see where you would be working and what kind of equipment you would use. Then you get an offer.
Interview was really easy overall. The manager did not ask too many technical questions, and just wanted to know a little more about me and my background. It was more of a conversation and was a pretty good first impression of the leadership style and company overall.
