Interview went great! Recruiter was very nice, patient, and VERY knowledgeable about the company. I was able to deliver clear and concise answers. However, I wasn't able to go any further with the interview process because I had to take an assessment which I didn't pass. I think companies need to get rid of tests---they're outdated, especially if its not relatable to the job. I don't think tests truly determines your ability to do the job, hence the reason for training.
