First I got a call from recruiter asking for position related to Network Engineering. I was obviously interested to supplied my resume. Then recruiter called and setup a phone interview with hiring manager and it went well. Recruiter then setup an in-person interview with hiring manger and one of the old timers. On the same day, got an offer which was happily accepted.

I applied for NE II position at Medline Industries online and the HR scheduled an interview. It was scheduled for 9:00 amCDT and I received the call. I was introducing myself and explaining why i was looking for job change. The HR said that he couldn't hear me and concluded that I'm not a good fit over the phone itself. The call was for just two minutes.
