Long, cumbersome and inflexible: recruiter phone screen, aptitude test, onsite panel interview with team. Very unaccommodating with regard to scheduling. Interviewed in-person six months ago and still have to hear back from a recruiter, despite multiple follow ups. The only way I found out the position had been filled was by finding an employee on LinkedIn with the same title of the position I had interviewed for.
