The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Medline Industries (Cleveland, OH)
Interview
Was contacted by a recruiter about the position. Set up a 20 minute call where he told me about the position and asked a few qualifying questions. After that he sent me a Hogan Assessment to take in order to get to the next interview. I passed and had an interview with a sales manager. The interview was really relaxed, but the manger didn’t know much about the position I was applying for. After an hour he pretty much told me I don’t have enough experience and other people applying for the job have medical experience that I don’t have, but continue with the process and see how it goes. It’s been over two weeks and I never even heard back from them. Reached out to the recruiter about my application status and I never even heard back. I would have appreciated someone telling me I didn’t get the job instead of just ignoring me for 2 weeks.

Question 1
“If a dr told you they didn’t want this reprocessing service how would you change their mind?”
I applied online. I interviewed at Medline Industries
Interview
Went through multi-layered interviews, full product knowledge, and documented years of relationship building. Boilerplate rejection email. "At this time, we are not moving forward in the process as there are other candidates who more closely align with the needs of the team". Medline is still recruiting for the job XX months later. I guess I wasn't young enough.
3-4 rounds of interviews first with recruiter, then direct manager, regional manager and finally the VP. It can be lengthy as they need time to collaborate with one another and it doesn’t seem like a major priority.
Entretien passé dans la cafétéria d’une station essence sur une aire d’autoroute! Peu professionnel et non respect de la confidentialité. Le manager pose des questions discriminantes telles que: âge, situation familiale, âge des enfants.
