Interview
They were very friendly with all applicants. Hosted a Q and A for everyone after the final round which was nice so we can get a better vibe of the company and culture.

Interview
there are two rounds of interviews, very easy to work with and straight forward, the first is a preliminary round with Human Resources representative and then a direct conversation with the manager.
Both were conducted over the phone due to COVID restrictions
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Medline Industries (Mundelein, IL) in Aug 2011
Interview
I submitted an application for an entry level position advertised on their website. The next day I got a call from an HR person for a phone screen. I was asked the standard HR questions: "How did you manage to go to school and hold a full time job at the same time?; What is your ideal work environment? What specifically interested you about the position? How much are you looking to get paid? etc. She then asked to bring me in for an in-person interview, scheduled two days later. I went to the interview and showed up 15 min early/ Parking was full, so make sure to give yourself extra time to find a parking spot. I met with the same HR person at first who asked me a few more standard background & behavioral questions. Then I was given a 12-minute, 50-questions IQ test. Do some online research for similar questions - some of them may be tricky, but if you prepare in advance you will get at least half of them right. The sample aptitude questions available online are very similar. Then I was taken to my first 1:1 interview. The interviewer looked very friendly and laid-back. I was asked a few questions direclly from my resume. The interview had to be suddenly interrupted because of a meeting! So it only lasted about 15 min. I was given a business card with the interviewer's information and was told reach out with any unanswered questions. After an apology, I was taken to meet with another person from the same department. It was a very friendly and casual conversation. I got the feeling that both of them really enjoy working for the company. At the end, I was told that I would be contacted very soon regarding their hiring decision. The whole process lasted about 1.5 hours. A week after the interview, I contacted the same HR person for a follow up but never got an email back. I was contacted 5 business days later, over the phone, and was told that they decided to proceed with another candidate but will stay in touch with me when future openings become available.
