Hogan assessment then video interview that had a lot of background distraction and the interview was not focused to learn about me or how I would be a great fit for the opportunity and the company. A lot of wasted time occurred by completing the 3 hour hogan assessment and the 1 video interview.

Interview
Very quick with only one interview. It was difficult to gauge the conversation because the interviewer seemed uninterested and like they already knew who was getting the job. It was hard to have any real conversation when answers to questions were met with silence.

Interview
The process took a little over a month starting from an initial HR interview and then onto an aptitude personality test. You have to pass this to move on. From there it was 2 zoom interviews with district and director managers. Followed up with an in person interview if you move on. From there it was then onto the final interviews with corporate. Typically they fly you to Chicago for these but had them over zoom as well. Offered the role thereafter.
