Interview
TERRIBLE FIRST IMPRESSION
The office I was in felt very depressing as not a single person sounded enthusiastic about the possibility of a new hire (me), or had a smile on their face. During the actual interview, even though I know I had relevant experience and was even over-qualified for the position in some aspects, I can only describe the experience as if they were actually not hiring for the position, but interviewed me just to be nice. The interviewer often repeated statement from my resume and work experience and then would just stare at me, as if to prompt me to explain myself, yet wouldn't actually ask me to do so. I felt very confident going in, but left hoping they wouldn't offer me the position.

Question 1
"So it looks like you seem to hold a job for about a year and then move on..."

Interview
It was designed to assess a candidate's competence, character, and cultural fit, focusing on past behavior to predict future performance, if you know basic things about warehouse you can easily crack
Yes and No personality and character questions. Walk around the warehouse so you can see where you would be working and what kind of equipment you would use. Then you get an offer.
Interview was really easy overall. The manager did not ask too many technical questions, and just wanted to know a little more about me and my background. It was more of a conversation and was a pretty good first impression of the leadership style and company overall.
