Interview
This being a demanding role in the HR Team for a large and well known company. The interview process went quickly and smoothly. I had a total of 4 interviews.
1st interview was over the phone with a recruiter.
2nd interview was via teams with the hiring manager.
3rd interview was in person with the Operations Team. A panel interview of 3 Operation Leaders. Followed with additional interview questions from the hiring manager. And finalized with a tour of the facility.
4th interview was with the HR Director via zoom.
Thereafter, an offer was extended and I was moved into the hiring phase.

Invited to interview. Sent follow up email to confirm for phone screen. Received cancelation morning of by recruiter. Requested to at least have a networking call, no reply. Unprofessional look Medline.
Phone interview with a screener from corporate HR, not the local warehouse. Also was required to take and submit a WONSCORE assessment. Screener was polite and asked the relevant questions.
