The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Mentice in Jun 2022
Interview
After 3 weeks of waiting, I got the usual automated reply telling me that after *carefully* reviewing my application, they were not going to continue with my application. Too bad that I clearly referred to my thesis work as a relevant part of my preparation, providing them with links to it on both my CV and cover letter. During the whole waiting process, I periodically checked the University library to see if my thesis was downloaded or at least the page opened. No change in three weeks. The recruiter didn't even bother to take a look at it. I understand it is not possible to read all applicants' thesis, but you can definitely skim the abstracts to see if it is relevant to the position. Very sloppy and lazy recruitment process.
