Merantix interview questions

The interview process consisted of two online interviews and one full onsite day. Prior to the onsite day, I had to prepare a case study including a coding challenge. The onsite day was amazing. I had many interesting and friendly conversations and felt very welcome.

I was invited to the first behavioral interview at Deltia. I was asked standard questions about my background and motivation. The interviewer followed a set of prepared questions that did not fit my individual profile and did not really adapt the next question after listening to my answer. In the end, I was told that I would get an update on the application next week (regardless of the outcome of the interview, as far as I understood), but Deltia never got back to me.
