1 round 30-minute interview, mostly behavioral questions. Interviews will vary depending on the department. For Discovery research roles, expect a second round, 3-4 hour interview in which you prepare a presentation.

Tell me about yourself. How does your background align with this internship position?
The interview process was quick and easy, I got an email straight from the hiring manager and only had to give one interview, all the people were super nice and welcoming.
First they did a phone interview and then two panel interviews. They ask usual questions, nothing technical based. The panels consisted of 3 people each. Took a while to get back and let you know your results.
It was a very average difficulty process. It did not take as long as other companies in this space to get back to me, and I felt like I was supported throughout the process.
