Gemütliche Atmosphäre. Viele Fragen. Sehr detaillierte Fragen zum Lebenslauf. Es waren zu dem Tag keine weiteren Bewerber für diese Stelle anwesend. Deshalb empfand ich das Vorstellungsgespräch als sehr langwierig. Auf klassische Fragen im Vorstellungsgespräch sollte man vorbereitet sein. Alles in allem ein sehr positives Gespräch.

I had two days of interviews where I met with eight different people. This was after a phone interview. I was then informed that they chose an internal candidate.

Interview
Two hour interview, four 30 min interviews. Went pretty well. Very friendly employee's. They really ask questions just to get to know you. More of a personality interview. Really laid back interview.
