3 back-to-back-to-back interview sessions: 2 people peer level, 2 people other managers, 1 hiring manager. Asked to answer strategy questions based on work history examples; wanted to see what you did and what you learned from the experience described. Encouraged questions to be asked at the end of each session (use this time to ask questions about company culture, clarifying the job role, how to be successful in the role).

Name a time where you were leading a project that was not meeting expectation. What did you do to get the team back on track?
It’s a long process. They interviewed me onsite in December and called me to give a presentation next June. I presented to a team of 30 people. They offered position after 3 months.

Interview
Got phone interviewed with HR representative and followed with a 4-hour group/panel interview. Group interview consisted of 2 people from different area and with a pre-determined questions. Questions primarily consisted of giving examples for a situation. Nice people. After 2 weeks of waiting and was notified of no offer. Follow-up with hiring manager and got mixed feelings.
